Do you visit our home for pricing?
Yes, it is best that we also view the project area in person. This allows us to inspect the space and inform you of potential issues before demolition.
What is your standard payment policy?
To protect the homeowner, we have the homeowner’s pay for material which allows you to minimize your material budget. We require 10% down to be added to the schedule, 40% down when the project starts and the remaining 50% after project completion.
Do you provide a remodeling proposal?
Yes. After our initial site inspection, we provide a proposal that clearly indicates the area, scope and quantities. You receive this through email and can e-sign for acceptance.
Can you provide a quote over the phone?
For small projects we can make provide rough estimates. For example with backsplash, if you provide the linear feet of backsplash needs and the sizing of tile then that scope can be quickly estimated.
Larger projects it is always best to have proper measurements and quantity take-offs.
